Embroidery & Printing

We have our own in-house printing and embroidery equipment — the best gear in the industry. This enables us to deliver the highest quality branded products, while also speeding up the turnaround time for our clients.
We’re one of Australia’s largest embroidery factories with more than 53 of our own heads in-house. We can do hundreds of garments an hour, providing speed on large projects.
Runsmart also has a range of other cutting-edge in-house branding methods for products where embroidery may not be the best option.

Warehousing & Logistics

Runsmart’s home in Brisbane services clients across the Asia-Pacific from a 6,500 sqft purpose-built facility. We are conveniently located close to all major transport corridors including the port and airport.
We provide all of our own in-house logistics using state-of-the-art automated systems and tools. These power our warehousing, inventory, picking, branding, packing and dispatch directly to our customers.
Our scale means we can also warehouse stock for our customers. This can significantly speed up dispatch and processing times for your items as you need them.
Sustainability

We have a deep appreciation for the environment around us — and we make a conscious effort to make sustainable choices in what we do.
Our products undergo a whole-of-life tests to consider its impact on the environment through manufacturing, right through to the end of its life.
Runsmart’s Smart Threads initiative aims to reuse, recycle or repurpose old garments at the end of their life. Our clients can send their gear back to us and we’ll take care of making sure it goes where it should. This includes donating to a third world country, broken down and reused as material, or repurposed into a new product.

Our state-of-the-art systems enable us to streamline complex procurement processes for our customers. We can help you establish a complete catalogue for your brand, and make it easily available to those who need it.
Online tools, interconnected to our billing and logistics systems, enable our customers to have their own branded ordering portal. You can manage this centrally in your procurement team, and enable your staff to order directly from an approved set of products. Our flexible system can customise billing, dispatch and reporting suited to your individual requirements.
These tools are all designed simplify ordering and create consistency for our customers.
